Crew Management

Multiple users can be grouped together to form a Crew. You can assign a Crew Manager and Members to Crew, and assign them to a project location and a work schedule for all to follow.


🚦 Manage crews

To add and manage crews -

  1. Click on 'Crews' card on the Home screen and you'll see a list of all added crews.
  2. Click on the 'Add Crew' button and select a project to add a new crew. A crew can only be added within a project and not independent of it.
  3. Write down the crew name, assign managers, members and schedule (optional) and save the crew.
  4. The crew can now be assigned at a project location for work and the members can log their attendance.

The crew manager can access time logs data of all their crew members and modify them.

Note - a user can only be part of 1 crew in a project as 'Member'. Although, they can still be part of multiple crews as 'Manager'.
