Project and Location Set Up

Projects are where all the action happens. You can manage multiple projects, assign who can access the locations and enforce work schedules.


🚦 Manage Projects

  1. Click on 'Projects' card on the Home screen and you can see all the projects your organisation is working on.
  2. Click on 'Add Project' to add a new one. You can assign member access, work schedule and add project locations.

Remember, project locations are important as they define where exactly the work is happening and are required for members to log attendance. They're essentially geographic coordinates or project sites where the real work is happening.


🚦 Manage Locations

  1. Click on 'Locations' card on the Home screen and you can see all the work locations added for each project.
  2. Click on 'Add Location' and search for it on the map. You can also define the radius to consider for all locations. The radius defined here will act as geofencing and members might be required to be within this radius for logging attendance.
  3. Select allowed authentication methods for attendance for that location and assign members & crews for exclusive access.
  4. Save the location and now your team can start logging attendance at the location.

Please note, radius of any 2 locations shouldn't overlap and a location can only be part of one project at a time.
